The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of food served in the restaurant, while my room was spacious with convenient amenities like a safe box, minibar, and central heating.

It looks like the hotels in the Alps. Very nice staff, great breakfast.

A bit out of the city.

The breakfast has satisfactory options with champagne and Angus steak, for instance. The staff are nice, managed the parking onsite.

The room was super clean and the bathroom was spotless. Loved chilling in the tub. 🛁 Breakfast was awesome, so many options to choose from. The hotel is in a great spot, close to an amazing restaurant, the old town, and some beautiful sunlit areas.

A very modern hotel which the city of Suceava badly needed. the staff were extremely helpful and efficient as well as being very pleasant. My room was spotless and maintained to a very high standard. The restaurant and dining experience was of superior quality and each day began with an extensive breakfast menu, getting everyone off to a great start. I visit Suceava periodically and on my next visit i will return to the Sonnenhoff.

We spent a few days in Suceava for a business meeting and this new classy hotel provided an excellent stay and very helpful service to us - thanks a lot. The rooms are pretty, clean, and spacious, food whether breakfast or dinner is excellent, service is fast and friendly. I especially appreciated the free WLAN access as well :) The fact that the hotel is not situated in the very center of the city does not cause any disadvantage as the distance is not far and taxis are easily available.

This is a nearly new luxury hotel with very spacious rooms, good design with quality furnishings done in refined taste. The bed was extremely comfortable with down comforter and pillows and high quality bed linens. The bathroom was large and well appointed with a huge bathtub with a shower over the tub. The morning buffet breakfast was among the best I've ever enjoyed at any hotel. Everything was fresh and very tasty and there was plenty of variety to satisfy anyones taste. I ate dinner there on three different nights and the food was excellent, the service professional and on two of those evenings there was live music provided on the patio off the terrace, which was delightful and added to the dining experience..

It's a bit far away from the center of town and kind of isolated even though not too hard to find. It's right next door to the Mercedes Benz Dealer.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and exceptional during our entire stay, and the location, right next to the garden, provided a peaceful atmosphere even though we only stayed for 2 nights.

The personnel and the Manager was very nice and willing to help, we received very good touristic infos not only about Suceava but also about other places we went to visit then. The kitchen is open till 11 p.m. Still, because we arrived late by plane, and we called around 10.45 p.m. asking for food, they waited for us at the Restaurant and served only us! The hotel is very new with stylish interiors and very nice open air terasse where you are served with delicious high class meals and good quality drinks from the Restaurant, the Restaurant rooms are very cosy, breakfast is rich. The ambiance is very nice, with cosy large clean rooms. You can spend a romantic time there with high class service.

A brand new hotel with big quite rooms. Nice and clean interior and an overall friendly staff. On a short distance of the city Suceava (when travalling by car or taxi). Ideal to stay for a trip to Falticeni, since there are no 4 star hotels over there. Good parking facilities.

Although the breakfast was ok, it can still be improved with a bigger choice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a brief visit. The location, though not in the city center, was easily accessible by car. The staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful, even arranging a taxi for my early morning departure to the airport. They even offered me coffee at 3 o'clock in the morning, a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend trying it.

The only minor downside was the occasional noise from children in nearby rooms. However, this did not detract from the overall exceptional experience I had at this hotel.
